WHAT'S THE JOB?
INFLUENCER MARKETING - 60%
- You will be working for a prominent tech client that is at the forefront of innovation. You will deliver in-depth knowledge about the Dutch influencer landscape.
- You negotiate influencer contracts and ensure that clearly defined contracts that meet legal requirements are drawn up.
- You create concepts, brief influencers and closely follow up on them during a campaign roll-out.
- You collaborate with influencers and management agencies to scout talent, propose partnerships, and secure deals.
- You stay in touch with popular culture, know the (social media) trends, and are skilled at making new contacts. You know who’s hot and who’s not.
- You bring creative bottom-up solutions to a dynamic media and influencer landscape.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & DATA ANALYSIS - 20%
- You will execute campaign plans, from briefing to reporting, with an eye for detail.
- You deliver campaigns on time and on budget and ensure accurate and effective execution of projects.
- You organize and manage events, curate a quality guest list, and deliver actionable output.
- You follow up ambitious KPIs for each campaign, and upon completion, you analyze results to formulate learning points and recommendations, both at the campaign level and for the individual influencers who participated.
- You include and brief the relevant experts within and outside of OONA/BAAS (graphic design, copy, social media content, and event management).
STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - 20%
- You will be part of the communications team and will be responsible for advising clients on influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
- You understand the client’s communication challenges and execute campaigns with your team.
- You translate client briefings into creative strategies and compelling storylines in collaboration with the Communications Manager and Communications Director.
- You measure the impact and analyze the results of the campaigns.
- You act as a point of contact for the client.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You are connected and can rely on a Dutch network when it comes to influencer marketing.
- You are up to date with the latest evolution and have a thorough knowledge of the Dutch influencer market.
- You understand the importance of digital campaigns and their most important KPIs.
- You have 2 years of working experience as a Campaign Manager or Influencer Marketer.
- You understand the influencer and thought leader landscape and select the right profiles for your client's campaigns.
- You can work independently but like to work in a team as well.
- You are pro-active and have an entrepreneurial can-do mentality.
- You thrive under pressure and know how to keep things in perspective, even in challenging situations.
- You are creative: ideas come at ease.
- You are a talented project manager: every project is handled with care and deadlines in mind.
- You are living in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam.
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French are a plus.
