30% DIGITAL STRATEGIST
- Advocate for digital & performance marketing internally, educating teams and account leads on its client value.
- Convince clients of growth expertise and opportunities alongside the in-house Growth Hub.
- Identify growth opportunities for Benelux clients across digital channels.
- You leverage emerging trends and technologies to drive growth. You stay up-to-date with industry best practices and market trends and translate them into opportunities for clients.
70% PERFORMANCE MARKETER
- Develop and implement growth strategies, handling online advertising, Paid Social, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
- Set up, optimize, and report campaigns on various channels, including Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, etc.
- Create media plans for always-on and campaigns.
- You monitor, analyze data and report on key performance metrics to clients and colleagues, providing insights for continuous improvement and to drive decisions.
- Conduct research for creative insights.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have 3-5 years of experience in Performance marketing preferably within an agency.
- You have proven expertise with Paid Social on Meta, Tiktok & Pinterest and Paid search.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Looker Studio, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio
- Conversion, Lead Nurturing & Growth Hacking are subjects you can go on and on about.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and ideally Dutch to inspire both colleagues and clients.
- A proactive commercial mindset and a creative problem solver with a result-oriented mindset.
