WHAT'S THE JOB?

  • You are the go-to person for all things office and HR admin for our lovely team of 50+ oona’s.

  • Oversee and support all office & HR administrative duties and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.

  • Perform receptionist duties: welcome visitors, answer the door, and direct phone calls.

  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

  • Make sure the recruitment process runs smoothly for the frequent vacancies we have.

  • Organize onboarding programs for new employees.

  • Ensure office & HR policies and procedures are implemented appropriately.

  • Coordinate the office planning and budgets. Liaise with staff, suppliers.

  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements. Design and implement new systems.

  • Organize team meetings, team buildings, and company events.

  • You will be part of Team backbone (finance, HR & office).

  • Assist and partner up with the organization’s HR Manager, whom you will report to.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or you gained relevant experience.

  • You have +2 years of experience in an (HR) administrative role.

  • You have experience with working with a social secretariat and payrolling.

  • You’re proficient in MS Office and other IT software packages.

  • You’re reliable and discrete. You will often learn about confidential matters.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. French is an asset.

  • You’re a welcoming person with great energy.

  • You have a problem-solving mindset and think in terms of solutions instead of issues.

  • You take initiative and get things done.

  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize. You pay attention to details.
