• Together with the business and the People Organization & Development Manager, you define the hiring needs within oona. You ask the right questions to the right people within the organization to capture the role. You come up with a hiring strategy and an inspiring function description.
  • Together with our creative team and social media managers, you construct the perfect job posting. You follow up closely on its response and optimize where necessary.
  • You screen all incoming applications and ensure all candidates receive the best experience during the entire recruitment process.
  • You actively dive through our substantial existing networks and use our LinkedIn Recruiter seat. Understanding how the business works and headhunting the best talents on the market is your thing.
  • During the recruitment process, you are the key point of contact for both the candidates and the hiring managers. You make sure everyone is aligned, and expectations are clear.


  • In close collaboration with our People & Organization Development Manager, you strive to understand the HR and people needs within the organization.
  • You translate these needs into opportunities, partner with the business and together with your manager, you shape HR at oona.
  • You have an active role in taking topics like learning & development, wellbeing, onboarding, etc., to the next level.
  • Processes are not set in stone; you're eager to optimize and take the initiative.


  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or you are equivalent by experience.
  • You have three years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
  • You know your way around a recruitment process and have a good knowledge of interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • You like to deep dive when it comes to understanding the business and getting to know the people involved.
  • You have excellent time management and prioritization skills. You have an eye for detail and have a 'just do it' mentality.
  • You are service-oriented, assertive and flexible.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
